Monday at 6:30p.m.
What you need to know: Vinyasa basically means linking movement with breath. The practice is more active than some yoga classes. There is a lot of flowing from one pose to the next. What you need to bring:  Yoga Mat, Water, Positive Thoughts, and Sense of Humor! What to wear: Comfy clothes! This class will get sweaty, so keep that in mind when choosing your clothing. NO SHOES! NO SOCKS! No yoga mat? No problem! McCabe Park Community Center has community mats for you. If you have props at home (blankets, blocks, straps), please bring those to class. You may need them. You may not. Better to be prepared! *Please note that this is a strong yoga class. We cannot grow without challenge! All levels are welcome! ASPIRE! **Located across the street from Star Bagel where Murphy Rd turns into 46th Ave North.
